Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation depends on product availability, order status, customisation, payment confirmation, and whether production or dispatch has started.
Before Confirmation
An enquiry or WhatsApp order request can be cancelled before the order is confirmed by KVC Jewels.
After Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if the product has entered production, customisation, resizing, certification, packaging, or dispatch.
Custom Orders
Made-to-order jewellery, purity-selected products, diamond-option products, engraved items, resized items, and combo sets prepared on request may not be cancellable after confirmation.
Refund on Cancellation
If cancellation is approved, the refund amount and timeline will be confirmed by KVC Jewels. Deductions may apply for payment gateway charges, production cost, making work, customisation, certification, shipping, or other expenses already incurred.
Rate Changes
Gold and diamond rates may change daily. Cancellation or refund values are not guaranteed to match later market prices.
