Return Eligibility
Returns may be considered only when the item is unused, undamaged, complete with original packaging, invoice, certificates, tags, and accessories, and the request is raised within the return timeline confirmed at the time of order.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised jewellery, made-to-order items, resized products, engraved products, altered products, special purity or diamond selections, combo sets prepared on request, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Refunds and Exchanges
